- Support graduate students of color by providing a brave space to air and unpack grievances, thereby allowing members to rebuild and move forward from negative experiences.
- Increase visibility and celebrate accomplishments of people of color in STEM through outreach and engagement.
- Foster connections between undergraduates, graduate students, post-docs, and faculty in order to build a community across STEM disciplines.
